		<description>David always wrote in green ink. I suspect it may have been a rebellion by David to the prohibition on green ink  when he worked at Waterloo Station. Within the railways green ink was only supplied to auditors and all other staff were  prohibited from using the colour green. I can clearly imagine David saying &quot;bugger that&quot; and thence forth using green ink.</description>
